John Hargreaves was a Labor MP from 1998-2012 and is a lifetime member of the Labor Party. In a storied career, he was Government Whip as well as the Minister for Disability and Housing, Multicultural Affairs, Industrial Relations, Corrections, and Industrial Relations among others.
