We take pride in our work and always use reasonable care and skill in providing The Big Smoke website. However, we cannot promise that The Big Smoke will be continuously available or virus/fault free. We do not represent or warrant that the content on The Big Smoke website (including third party content) is accurate, reliable, suitable, complete or of a particular quality.

The Big Smoke reserves the right to remove posts or links if they break the terms of usage in particular but not limited to:

Furthermore, we retain the right to take ownership of any comments for the purpose of promotional or editorial usage and may edit these comments.

You grant to us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or communicate to the public your comments or activity in connection with The Big Smoke website and for the reasonable purposes of our business (including marketing) and the right to sub-license these rights.

Your activity on TBS must not;

a) be illegal or unlawful or cause a breach of law, code or an instrument which governs your conduct and/or our conduct;

d) racist or hateful or promote racism or hatred towards another person or group of persons;

i) adversely affect or prejudice our reputation or brand;

While we are not obliged to do so, we may monitor any content and/or commentary posted on the TBS website at any time.
If, in our sole opinion, your comment or activity breaches the Terms of Use, we may, without notice to you:

• refuse to publish your content, article or comment;
• take down your content;
• report your activity to relevant authorities; and/or
• take any other action we consider necessary to remedy the situation.

Posting comments that repeatedly violate the moderation policy may result in your account being banned from The Big Smoke.
