Entrusted with enhancing Tony’s visibility and market presence, The Big Smoke partnered with Tony to facilitate a brand refresh and design a new website to drive traffic, engage potential clients, generate relevant leads and increase awareness of Tony’s personal brand through strategic marketing and sales support.

Our collaboration began with an intensive brand workshop to delve deep into Tony’s unique motivations and defining characteristics as a leader. This insightful session laid the foundation for a comprehensive branding strategy that positioned Tony as a trusted business consultant and compelling communicator driven by real conversations and dialogue.
Following the workshop, we undertook a complete redesign of Tony’s visual identity to emphasise his expertise and approachability in a way that would resonate with his target audiences, including CEOs, founders and boards. The design began with the creation of a logo which was inspired by the tail at the bottom of a speech bubble to reflect Tony’ identity as a speaker and consultant. We also developed new branding colours, using a sleek monochromatic foundation with pops of bold red to capture attention and orchestrated a professional photoshoot to capture his evolved identity as a seasoned leader and influential voice in the industry.
The culmination of our efforts was the creation of a new website. We secured a distinctive domain and designed the site to seamlessly integrate the new branding elements and added fresh, engaging and SEO friendly copy to boost organic traffic and ranking, while guiding the user journey. This integration ensured that every digital touchpoint echoed Tony’s professionalism and the strategic direction of his new career path.
